As a life-long Red Sox fan who knows the frustration of waiting forever to finally win--and suffering those grabbing-defeat-from-the-jaws-of-victory moments as the 2002 Giants did against the Angels in Game 6 of the WS (you Giants fans know--up 5-0 in the 7th only to lose? Ouch)--I am pulling hard for the underdog Gints this year...they've never won a WS since moving to the Bay....now's the time (plus--I'll root for anyone wh can beat the Yankees).

also: the Giants are SO much more lovable now that Bonds is gone!
